With the OPTIMA ImmuCoat® system, Optima Life Science shows a modular and scalable system for automatic coating of micro-titer plates for the manufacture of ELISA test-kits. The special feature: All basic modules can be combined as desired. Equipped with a “plug and play” architecture, the basic modules can be connected together in the simplest way. Almost any product batches can be managed simultaneously and processed without the risk of mix-ups. As well as the basic models the modular system can also accommodate special modules for drying and for short-term or long-term incubation as well as packaging functions.
The OPAL software which will be presented by Optima Life Science at CompaMed analyzes and optimizes production processes in terms of their efficiency. It also combines the data of the ERP level (e.g. SAP) with the production level. As a production management tool OPAL transfers data to the production level and generates order specific data for all line and machine functions automatically.
The converting specialist Optima Life Science is also providing information about combined production and packaging systems for advanced wound dressings. In case of changing requirements, the modular machine types of the manufacturer can be adapted by the owners/operators themselves. In turn, high-speed lines feature outputs of up to 1200 products/min.
