Arvato Systems Named Innovation Partner of Leipzig Accelerator SpinLab

SpinLab is the accelerator of the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, and supports entrepreneurial teams with innovative, technology-oriented, and scalable ideas. Arvato Systems will serve SpinLab as an innovation partner and take active part in the accelerator’s program.

Arvato Systems has been acting as an IT partner for other companies for many years, supporting them with solutions and services as they pursue digital transformation. Strengthening innovative powers has been crucial to these partnerships, which made committing to start-ups the next logical step.

The SpinLab accelerator helps interdisciplinary teams implement their entrepreneurial projects. Key aspects of this support include company founding, market access, and financing. Selected start-ups can use a coworking space with cutting-edge equipment on the creative grounds of Leipzig’s Cotton Mill within the scope of a six-month program. During this time, they also enjoy access to various partner technologies. Experienced coaches and mentors organize regular workshops on topics related to business administration, legal concerns, and technology. Moreover, SpinLab also provides a very strong network of investors and established companies. Young entrepreneurs benefit from this; for example, they are regularly introduced to large numbers of investors at ‘Demo Day.’

As a SpinLab innovation partner, Arvato Systems takes part in the process of evaluating the many applicants to the program and delegates mentors to participate in discussions on the key areas of smart energy, smart city, eHealth, and InsurTech.
