The exhibition will include the latest horizontal baling press, HSM HL 7009 with a press force of 700 kN, among other things. The compact horizontal baling press is the economic and space-saving disposal solution for chain stores and retailers, and it easily compresses cardboard and foil. With a cross-section of 1100 x 1100 mm and a bale length of 1200 mm, the bales weight up to 600 kg. In this way, the four-fold horizontally strapped bales achieve optimum truck utilisation. The integrated hydraulic lifting and tilting device means a significant reduction in personnel commitment during the compaction of recyclables. Thanks to the large-sized filler opening, even bulky cardboard boxes pose no problem. Thus, this very compact, horizontally working counter-plate press is perfectly suited for larger disposal tasks in retail and in small to medium-sized central warehouses, and is an economical solution whose investment pays off within a short time period.
The fully automatic baling press HSM VK 15020 R FU is the most powerful baling press in the HSM range. It is equipped with a frequency-controlled drive and saves up to 40 % energy compared to conventional drives – and with the same performance. This drive makes a significant contribution to environmental protection and efficiency. This drive is available as an option for many HSM baling presses and multi-phase shredding systems. With the HSM VK 15020, up to 44 tons per hour of mixed paper can be pressed into bales, each weighing around 1.25 tons, using a 2 x 75 kW drive and a press force of 1,500 kN. However, it is not only the weight, but also the quality of the bale that is crucial for the disposer. The more densely the bales are pressed, the more stable they are for storage indoors or outdoors, and they then meet the requirements of paper mills better. Another decisive criterion for disposal is the size of the bale. For economical truck utilisation, the five-wire strapped bales are designed with a cross-section of 1100 x 1100 mm. The bale length can be adjusted steplessly up to 1800 mm.
