λ/20 Surface Flatness with 20-10 Surface Quality
TECHSPEC® Nd:YAG Laser Line λ/20 UV Fused Silica Right Angle Prisms provide precision λ/20 surface flatness and 20-10 surface quality. They are designed for transmission through the legs of the prism, exhibiting less than 0,25% reflection for fiber and Nd:YAG applications. The prisms feature a ±15 arcsec angular tolerance, which ensures consistent alignment for volume integration.
Laser Induced Damage Threshold (LIDT) ideal for Laser Optics applications
Manufactured from a fused silica substrate, TECHSPEC® Nd:YAG Laser Line λ/20 UV Fused Silica Right Angle Prisms have an anti-reflective Nd:YAG coating with laser damage thresholds of 3 J/cm2 at 266 nm, 7,5 J/cm2 at 355 nm, 10 J/cm2 at 532 nm, and 15 J/cm2 at 1064 nm for minimized reflection at common laser wavelengths.
