- Arvato Systems has won Jens Kretschmann as Principal Consultant
- Since June 1, the 42-year-old is responsible for the strategic development and creative design of digital projects
Arvato Systems continues to expand its workforce in the Digital Experience competence area. In the course of this development, Arvato Systems has won Jens Kretschmann as its new Principal Consultant who took his office on June 1. Kretschmann, who was previously Executive Creative Director at Publicis Pixelpark, is a well-known and very experienced specialist for user experience in the industry. His work for Arvato Systems focuses on strategic consulting in the context of integrated digital projects. He attaches particular importance to combining creative technologies such as Smart Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Conversational Agents – always with the aim of offering measurable added value.
Balance between present and future
Jens Kretschmann has extensive expertise in the digital business. He thinks visionary, but – typically East Westphalian – not out of the ordinary. In collaboration with interdisciplinary teams from Arvato Systems, he will implement projects at the operational level with measurable success, without losing sight of the company’s perspective.
Convincing references and prestigious awards
Kretschmann gained extensive experience in working with numerous DAX 30 companies. In the course of his professional career, Kretschmann has won several awards and is, according to ‘WirtschaftsWoche’, one of the "100 people who influence the Internet economy".
Kretschmann is an industry expert
Jens Kretschmann studied Visual Communication at the Wandsbek Art School and started his career at the Internet auction house ricardo.de. With the transfer to the multimedia division of the creative agency Nordpol+, he focused his work on the design of dynamic interfaces. Since joining Elephant Seven/Publicis Pixelpark, he has increasingly devoted himself to the use of creative technologies. Furthermore, Kretschmann is one of the co-founders of the start-up company Mercury.ai. In this context, Kretschmann, together with other co-founders, has developed the chatbot KIM for ‘Maggi Kochstudio’, which is regarded as the benchmark for Facebook Messenger Bots.
The future is digital
"With Jens Kretschmann’s appointment, we are underlining the great strategic importance of creation and innovation for Arvato Systems," explains Dirk Brinkmann, Vice President Digital Experience. Kretschmann adds: "Right from the start I had a soft spot for digital change and am involved with my heart and mind. My task will be to bring holistic concepts to existing and new customers and to create real added value by unifying the various advantages of digital marketing, customer relationship management and customer experience. It is important to me to take people with me and to inspire both my new colleagues and our customers for the diverse application possibilities of creation and technologies".
