Bechtle to acquire BT Stemmer

BT Stemmer serves around 850 customers in the implementation of both national and international projects.

In addition to matching portfolios, a harmonious corporate culture was also a factor in the merger for both parties. “We very quickly discovered great similarities in our values and corporate culture. BT and Bechtle have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
