Connecting Ideas to Create Solutions: At E-world 2019, IT Will Become More Versatile

At E-world energy & water 2019, Arvato Systems will present flexible solutions for the energy management systems of the future.

At E-world, Arvato Systems is focusing entirely on the future of IT for energy management: At the Arvato trade fair booth (booth number 117) in hall 1, the IT specialists from the Bertelsmann Group will present a cloud-based platform solution that can map all energy management processes in a modular way.

Niels Pothmann, data scientist at Arvato Systems, will also be giving a talk on that last subject at the conference that will take place alongside the trade fair. His lecture, ‘Advanced Analytics with Artificial Intelligence,’ is part of the Trading & Finance Forum on the third day of the trade fair and starts at 12:00 p.m.

Energy suppliers have also made flexibility a priority in their future SAP strategies. The IT specialists at the Microsoft booth (hall 3, booth 3-336) will present a solution for the challenges associated with this strategy, particularly regarding IS-U: Migration and operation of SAP in the Azure cloud. A ‘lift & shift’ into the Azure cloud takes just a few days and allows for a scalable strategy with flexible contractual periods.
