thyssenkrupp Infrastructure GmbH, a company belonging to thyssenkrupp Materials Services, is banking on digital technology for customer contact. With their own Virtual Reality solution, these experts for worldwide infrastructure projects are in a position to translate the advantages of their outstanding e+s linear shoring into tangle customer benefits. In a second evolutionary stage, VR will show concretely what planned shafts and trenches will look like and which requirements must be met. The digital tool will debut at bauma 2019, where visitors can immerse themselves in the world of linear trench shoring.

"With our services in linear trench shoring, we are one of the leading providers in the industry. Being able to experience these solutions live now offers enormous possibilities and gives our customers an optimal impression of what our linear shoring can do and where its economic advantages lie," explains Sven Rademächers, Head of the Trench Shoring division.

The advantages of e+s linear shoring are manifold, one being the low-vibration installation and minimum impact on the ground outside the shaft or trench. This avoids inference with building development and traffic flow and at the same time provides generous working space.

In addition, with the e+s linear shoring system, rigid carriages keep the girders and thus the shoring panels at a distance. Everything runs linear with always the same distance to the opposite side. "This ensures more effective, faster and noticeably more economical work. Another advantage of our system results from the special structure of the carrier, thus making it possible to swing the shoring panels in from the side," says Rademächers, who adds: "Overall, with our patented solution we can achieve depths of four to 14 meters and widths of 0.9 to 18 meters.

In addition, thyssenkrupp Infrastructure has developed new XL carriages for particularly wide and deep construction pits. Another innovative development is the head shoring carriage. This absorbs both the compressive forces from the longitudinal sides of the trench shoring and the loads from the front side. This allows the sheet piles to lean directly against the carriage and the loads are discharged into the shoring. The broad portfolio is rounded off by a large number of supplementary products including pipe-laying equipment, fall protection devices and our construction road systems made of steel and plastic.

thyssenkrupp Infrastructure provides its customers with all the products they need to execute their projects. Most of these products are manufactured in-house, such as müller pile driving and extracting equipment and thyssenkrupp cold-formed sections.

thyssenkrupp Infrastructure is the exclusive distributor for thyssenkrupp ASF anchor equipment and trench shoring systems from e+s and krings. With offices throughout the world, the infrastructure specialists are present wherever their customers need them.

Visit us at bauma 2019 and experience our technologies live on site. You will find us on the outdoor area north, booth FN721/1.
