39-year-old Wodera has a degree in business administration and has been with the Group since 2001. He is returning to Essen from the Italian subsidiary Acciai Speciali Terni S.p.A. (AST) where he has been CFO since 2015 and played a key role in the company’s successful restructuring. Before his appointment as CFO of AST, Wodera held various management roles at thyssenkrupp Materials Services, most recently as Head of Controlling from 2012 to 2015.
