• Relaunch of the website www.concardis.com and start of the extensive online and social media campaign with new claim "… pays off".
  • Focus on small and medium-sized enterprises
  • Concardis takes over corporate design of parent company Nets A/S

Concardis, the full-service provider for digital payment services based in Eschborn, Germany, launches the "… pays off" campaign throughout Germany. The core of the sales campaign is aimed at small and medium-sized merchants and service providers who want to start with cashless payment or want to hand over their payment to experienced and modern hands. At the same time, the claim can also be used for positioning in the job market or for image advertising.

"The campaign claim, which sums up Concardis‘ brand promise: ‚Concardis pays off‘, is at the heart of the campaign. Depending on requirements and headline, combined with an attribute in advance to put the concrete message into context," says Anja Traum, Director SME Business at Concardis and Managing Director of CPG Sales GmbH. This mechanism works very well for product placements ("cashless pays off"). "We want to use it to reach completely new target groups for whom cashless payment was previously either not relevant or simply too complicated. The entire visual language, channel selection and content are tailored to this goal." In addition, the claim is just as suitable for measures in other areas of the company, such as employer branding ("Applying pays off").

Brand ambassadors in video and picture

The campaign is translated into video clips and images that zoom in closely on the target group: "brand ambassadors" can be seen that show the products in use in ever new scenes and contexts and illustrate the added value of the Concardis range. Very dynamic and very close. The content is played on social networks, with a focus on Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and Xing.

The sales focus of the campaign is on the new smart product packages from Concardis. The SmartPay solution is set up as a complete package with everything required for cashless payment in the store: card terminal, acceptance contract and a clear tool in which sales, consumer structure and contract matters are combined in a lean and attractive way.

The look and feel of the campaign is consistently implemented in Concardis‘ new corporate design: logo, colour scheme and design are based on the corporate identity of the parent company, Nets A/S. At the same time as the campaign is launched, the new website www.concardis.com is launched, where the new brand and the sales campaign can be seen and experienced.
