  • Further award for Digital Transformation Partner Arvato Systems
  • Leader in the field of "Digital Backbone Managed Services

Arvato Systems was awarded in the current study "ISG Provider Lens™ Digital Business – Solutions and Service Partners" by the IT market research and consulting company ISG. The company scored in the "Digital Backbone Managed Services" segment and was honored as "Leader".

According to ISG, companies classified as "Leaders" have a highly attractive range of products and services as well as a distinctly strong market and competitive position and therefore fulfil all the requirements for successful market development. They are, says ISG, to be regarded as strategic pacemakers and opinion leaders. Furthermore, they prove themselves as a guarantor for innovation and stability.

In the "Digital Backbone Managed Services" segment, ISG evaluates providers of robust, secure and reliable microservice- and API-based operating services within a hybrid or pure cloud platform. In addition, there are other digital solutions such as mobile apps, IoT platforms and data services. Corresponding providers offer consulting services for the transformation of legacy systems and the transition to a cloud environment.

In its explanation for the award, the analyst firm highlights for example Arvato Systems‘ innovative platform services and explicitly mentions API development, public cloud governance and AI expertise as well as an extremely distinctive industry know-how. According to the analyst firm, the company also offers "a broad spectrum of IT outsourcing and infrastructure solutions, including consulting and managed services as well as the corresponding application management, (…) multi-cloud management (…) and the expertise for a large number of customer applications with which Arvato Systems differentiates itself.“

In addition, strategy consulting is also explicitly identified as a strength of the company. According to the study, "Arvato Systems is increasingly shining not only through the inclusion of modern methods and tools, but also through its expertise in Microsoft or SAP with regard to migration and service procedures.“

In the past, Arvato Systems has repeatedly demonstrated its competence as a Digital Transformation partner and has been awarded several times as a leader – for example in the areas of "Public Cloud Solutions & Service Partners", "Digital Transformation Services & Solutions", "Microsoft Ecosystems" and "Digital Business Transformation". The company also received the award "Best IT Service Provider 2020", which is jointly presented by the business magazine "brand eins" and Statista.
