At the end of March, the German government laid the legal foundations for a "virtual general meeting". Shareholders that are registered in due time and form can submit their questions regarding the agenda by means of electronic communication two days prior to the meeting at the latest. After proper registration for the general meeting, the shareholders can exercise their voting rights also by postal vote or by proxy and instructions to the company’s proxy. Both are still possible online during the meeting.
For registered shareholders, there will be a picture and sound transmission of the entire meeting. Further details can be seen in the invitation. According to the special regulation, for the online general meeting the shortened notice period for general meetings should be used.
