“We are delighted with the success of our MEGA EA Exchange event which brought together participants from 85 different countries. The conference was of particular interest to companies because after this period of crisis, they must rethink their business model, organization, and processes as well as their products and services. In this context, the role of the enterprise architect becomes essential to advise companies on how to succeed and secure their transformation,” explains Luca de Risi, Chief Operating Officer of MEGA.
The MEGA EA Exchange virtual conference is a global event offering presentations, panel discussions, and discussion workshops. It began with the keynote by Luca de Risi discussing the evolution of the role of enterprise architect and the main trends in the market.
During the panels and group discussions, MEGA’s customers and partners provided insight and shared their feedback:
- David Lawrie (TNT / FedEx Express), Olivier Fouquet (Bordeaux Métropole), Than Nagashunmugam (Santander), and Francis Bell (Nordea) provided expert and client perspectives on how the role of enterprise architects is changing to always bring more value to organizations
- Isabelle Debeaupuis (Société Générale) and Frédéric Fourquet (MEGA) discussed the complementarity of data governance and corporate architecture
- Daniel Page (AGCO), Cédric le Rouzo (Minit), Fabrice Vila (MEGA), and Paul Estrach (MEGA) discussed the contribution of process mining to business transformation projects
- Gordon Barnett (Forrester) and Robert Raiola (MEGA) discussed new business priorities and their impact on the evolving role of enterprise architects
