This time the focus was on current supervisory issues, challenges and outlook for 2023, the topic of sustainability regulation and supply chain due diligence law and the implications for factoring providers. But the focus was also on the customer: the participants discussed current hot topics in sales, factoring, cross-selling and risk management as well as supply chain finance.

The highly interesting lectures and panel discussions were very inspiring for me. It is very difficult to single out one lecture. However, I was particularly impressed by the presentation of the visionary, lateral thinker, digitalisation and transformation expert Erno Marius Obogeanu-Hempel.
