Arvato Systems once again among the best IT service providers in Germany

• Survey of more than 5,000 experts and customers of IT service providers
• Arvato Systems honored in six application fields

(Arvato Systems) Gütersloh – The business magazine brand eins and the market research specialists at Statista have surveyed the IT industry. Their common goal: to make the market transparent and clear. Arvato Systems received excellent ratings in no less than six application fields, making it one of the "best IT service providers in Germany" for the fourth time in a row.

Which IT service providers in Germany are worth recommending? Who knows what well? Who can be relied on, and who can really help? These questions form the core of the broad-based survey that brand eins and Statista have been conducting together for four years. The largest online survey on the subject in this country also provides a valid overview of a diverse industry for the year 2023.

From April 25, 2022, to June 18, 2022, 5,107 people, including 2,395 IT experts and 2,712 employees of customers of IT service providers, took part in the survey. Respondents were asked to make assessments and recommendations in diverse application areas – including IT security, managed services & outsourcing, communications & collaboration, software implementation & maintenance, and IT consulting.

Among 286 companies that made it onto the Best of 2023 list, Arvato Systems placed in a top group of the overall ranking for the fourth time in a row. Only a total of 30 companies scored in more than five categories.
