aquatherm, the global market leader for plastic piping systems made of polypropylene for plant engineering and building services, was voted by end consumers in an independent survey as the brand with the highest customer satisfaction in this category. The survey, which took place between May and June of this year and was conducted in cooperation with the German Institute for Product and Market Assessment, was unbiased and independent. Participants could mention any brands they were especially satisfied with, without being given predetermined options. A total of 11,372 votes were cast, with aquatherm receiving the most entries in the category "Piping Systems". The survey was aimed at a broad target group of consumers aged 20 to 65 from all regions and social classes in Germany.
