Exhibitors from around the world are coming to LogiMAT 2025 with over 120 product launches and never-before-seen innovations, underscoring the importance of the International Trade Show for Intralogistics Solutions and Process Management as a major industry meetup and a barometer of emerging trends.

“Passion for Solutions” is the theme of LogiMAT 2025, with some 1,600 exhibitors from around the world in all ten fully booked exhibit halls of the Messe Stuttgart convention center presenting their latest products, solutions, and innovations for efficient intralogistics to an audience of industry professionals from over 40 countries, March 11–13. In the runup to the event, exhibitors have already announced more than 120 product launches and innovations never before exhibited anywhere in the world. A full quarter of them are from the field of industrial and service robots, including 6 new picking robots, 15 autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and carrybots, and 9 automated guided vehicles (AGVs). “The product launches testify to the innovative power of the industry in offering customers state-of-the-art solutions to the challenges of efficient intralogistics,” explains LogiMAT Exhibition Director Michael Ruchty from event organizer EUROEXPO Messe- und Kongress-GmbH in Munich. “In addition to the product launches already announced, system and equipment manufacturers and industrial truck makers will also unveil new products during the three-day event but don’t wish to publicize the details in advance.”

Among the product launches already announced:

The high rate of innovation in robotics reflects the strong demand for smart automation solutions to address the shortage of personnel and for mobile automation solutions to deliver a flexible, barrier-free transportation strategy that grows with the needs of the customer. New industrial robots to automate handling and picking processes will be unveiled by exhibitors such as the Alstef Group (Hall 3, Booth 3D77). AGVs (BÄR Automation, Hall 8, Booth 8D37), AMRs (Balyo, Hall 8, Booth 8C37), and carrybots (Carrybots GmbH, Hall 5, Booth 5C75) can all transport pallets, cartons, and containers, linking storage locations to areas where goods are received and dispatched. The best features of industrial and service robots are combined in the new mobile articulated robot Stretch from Boston Dynamics (Hall 8, Booth 8C57), which automates the unloading of trailers and (ocean) containers and can handle boxes up to 23 kilos and even transport incoming freight through warehouses. Brightpick (Hall 8, Booth 8B53) is debuting its new Giraffe autonomous mobile picking system, which extends from ground level to automatically pick storage totes from upper-level shelves up to 6 meters in height. Other product launches for warehouse process automation that have been announced for LogiMAT include a compact storage system from Modula (Hall 1, Booth 1C67), multi-sort systems from Leonardo (Hall 1 Gallery, Booth 1GA28), and an automated truck loading system (Joloda Hydraroll, Hall 5, Booth 5D09).

Reducing the burden on workers and the environment

Intralogistics workers can find ergonomic support in newly developed mobile vacuum lifters with integrated articulated cranes (Albert Fezer Maschinenfabrik, Hall 7, Booth 7B34), automatic parcel openers (ALS Automatic Logistic Solutions, Hall 6, Booth 6F07), and new exoskeletons (EASE – Ergonomische Assistenzsysteme, Hall 7, Booth 7D71). New ceiling-mounted crane systems (CeiliX Technology, East Entrance, Booth EO91A) are used to lift and transport extreme loads. Workers and the environment alike also benefit from fully automated scanning and data capturing systems (Brustia-Alfameccanica, East Entrance, Booth ES26) and next-gen RFID readers (Kathrein Solutions, Hall 2, Booth 2A17). The Eckelmann Group (Hall 6, Booth 6A25) is presenting RCD S+, an innovative new AI-supported automatic counting gate for reusable plastic crates capable of communicating with ERP and document management systems and recording mixed stacked containers on pallets in seconds in warehouse wash depots, for example. Add-on systems sort out foreign, defective, and contaminated containers and can also handle tracking and documentation to ensure traceability. New four-way pallets (Craemer, Hall 6, Booth 6B31), transport boxes made of recycled material (con-pearl, Hall 6, Booth 6B09), innovative paper nets for packaging solutions (Knüppel Verpackung, Hall 6, Booth 6D34) and volume-optimizing packaging machines (Packsize, Hall 6, Booth 6F61) also emphasize the idea of sustainability in the development of products for today’s packaging industry.

The efficient use of resources is also the motivating factor behind the newly launched industrial trucks, forklifts (Roypow Technology, Hall 10, Booth 10H74), forklift series (Tailift Material Handling Taiwan, Hall 9, Booth 9A48), and attachments. Faraone (Hall 9, Booth 9F20) presents the new Elevah E5 Move T.FL vertical order picker, whose platform is equipped with rollers that enable bulky parcels to be loaded and unloaded directly from the floor. Durwen Maschinenbau (Hall 10, Booth 10C41) will be exhibiting a new double pallet fork for double load handling and reduced transport distances. Dendro Lift (Hall 10, Booth 10A01) is coming to Stuttgart with the world premiere of a mobile maintenance platform for forklift trucks. Innovative safety doors and impact protection bollards on display (Boplan, Hall 1, Booth 1J41) ensure that warehouse transports proceed without serious damage thanks to software that controls processes and manages data.

Software developers will be showcasing a spectrum of new, predominantly AI-based applications ranging from software for optimized order entry (AEB, Hall 4, Booth 4G34) and AI-based voice assistants (classix Software, Hall 4, Booth 4F06) to AI-based platforms for AGV fleet management and analytics (Continua Systems, Hall 8, Booth 8G18). “This snapshot of today’s industry shows that the systems and equipment currently being developed in all product segments are integrating state-of-the-art technologies and smart concepts,” concludes Exhibition Director Ruchty. “The product launches taking place at LogiMAT offers industry professionals a comprehensive point of reference for the trends of tomorrow.”
