Solectrix and Image Engineering are pleased to announce a new strategic partnership beginning April 29, 2025. This partnership will focus on the latest version of Solectrix’s SXIVE, a rapid imaging prototyping system, and Image Engineering’s iQ-Analyzer-X, an advanced image quality analysis software.

SXIVE 2.0 introduces a new software package that combines a wide range of functionalities of the original solution with improvements to the SXIVE SoftISP SDK, the SXIVE Calibration SDK, and the SXIVE Sensor Configuration Tool. Version 2.0 also implements, for the first time, the iQ-Analyzer-X for advanced image quality analysis of images and videos.

SXIVE (Simplified eXtensive Image and Video Engine) is a comprehensive image prototyping solution for image processing and analysis requirements, including instant prototyping, development, and sensor and ISP evaluations. It also provides modular reference platforms, is test-drive ready, and is suitable for acceptance tests. SXIVE is a powerful solution that can be tailored to meet the requirements of any imaging project.

iQ-Analyzer-X is next-generation image quality analysis software for evaluating camera performance metrics in many areas defined by international standards. It combines high-speed analysis with AI-powered detection tools, a flexible UI, and automation features such as hot folders to create a powerful solution for image quality performance assessments.

“Combining the SXIVE system with the iQ-Analyzer-X provides users with a complete system to accelerate and improve the design and development of modern, state-of-the-art imaging systems. Capturing, processing, and validating in one system is a great step forward for the industry,” says Uwe Artmann, CTO of Image Engineering.

Solectrix and Image Engineering look forward to a successful partnership that will bring their customers advanced and customizable image-processing solutions.
