For this, we use only stainless steel coils from well-known manufacturers with certified quality assurance methods, which we then supplement with our own quality inspections. In addition, we document the production of each keg completely and transfer the information to an internal CAQ system, which can provide us at any time with information about which keg was manufactured on which day by which employee using which materials.
