Fast availability (currently 5-9 weeks) and the cost-effective design complement the existing PEAK 3W product range with a short-time-delivery alternative in this segment. In a compact SIP8 plastic package with dimensions of 22×9.50mm (0.87 “x0.37″), a height of 12mm (0.47”) and a weight of 4.5g, this converter offers efficiency up to 84%.
I/O isolation 1500 Vdc, remote ON/OFF function and permanent short circuit protection are other features. The temperature operating range is from -40°C to 85°C. The regulated DC/DC converters are available with single (3-S8R-xxxxE2:1B) or dual (3-S8R-xxxxZ2:1B) output.
With the 2:1 input voltage range, the input voltages of 5 (4.5-9), 12 (9-18), 24 (18-36) and 48 Vdc (36-75) are available, beside output voltages of 3.3, 5, 12, 15, 24, +/-5, +/-9, +/-12, +/-15 and +/-24Vdc.
