Starting in the fall of 2024, subscription contracts with recurring services can finally be billed flexibly and transparently in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central standard. The foundation for this brand-new module are the “DYCE Subscription & Recurring Billing” app and the "DYCE Usage Based Billing" app from Singhammer IT Consulting AG. By allowing subscription contracts to be billed and managed automatically in Business Central on a user-based basis, Microsoft closes a gap in its ERP software.

What “DYCE Subscription & Recurring Billing” and "DYCE Usage Based Billing" from Singhammer offer:
A Solution for Many Contract Models
With the Singhammer’s “DYCE Subscription & Recurring Billing” app, all recurring contract models in the IT industry can be managed, such as service contracts, SaaS, subscriptions, IOT, and much more, on both the purchasing and sales sides.

Automated Processing of Monthly Usage Data
The Singhammer app "DYCE Usage Based Billing" handles the import of variable usage data for you and automatically generates recurring, usage-based invoices directly in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Less Manual Effort
Subscription management automates and simplifies processes from quotes to monthly billing in both purchasing and sales.

Increase in Subscription Business
The extension facilitates the management of recurring services, maintenance contracts, and flexible pricing and subscription models by integrating quotes, delivery, and billing into one system.
