Ms. Bock will be the CHRO of the Tentamus Group starting mid-October

In this role, Ms. Bock will be responsible for further evolving the company’s human resources (HR) strategy and operations as well as advancing our people and culture development.

Prior to joining Tentamus Group, Ms. Bock served as Chief People & Culture Officer at NFON AG and before this as Director of Human Resources at Sportradar Group. In both positions Ms. Bock successfully developed and implemented comprehensive HR strategies, effectively supporting the growth of both companies. Ms. Bock is passionate about building strong, future-oriented HR structures that meet the evolving demands of the respective industries. Her experience in international, high-growth environments makes her an ideal fit for this important role within Tentamus.

Ms. Bock completed her legal education (Ass. jur.) in the State of Schleswig-Holstein in Germany and holds an executive MBA from the TU Munich School of Management, in partnership with the Haas School of Business in Berkeley, California.
