NETZSCH Pumpen & Systeme GmbH, the global specialist for conveying complex media, is expanding its product portfolio in the field of peristaltic pumps with the PERIPRO® tube pump. The pump has been specially developed for demanding dosing applications and enables efficient pumping in numerous areas of application.

As a global specialist in the development, manufacture and sale of pumps and systems, NETZSCH has been offering customised and sophisticated pump solutions for over 70 years. Customer satisfaction is always the top priority for NETZSCH. This is why the products are constantly being further developed and adapted to meet the needs of customers.

The new PERIPRO® tube pump has been specially developed for applications that require round-the-clock operation, for example in the field of wastewater treatment. The pump is hermetically sealed so that no medium can escape in the event of a tube rupture, thus preventing contamination or possible environmental damage. The PERIRPRO® is also supplied with a leakage sensor that detects tube ruptures at an early stage, allowing the operator to intervene quickly to prevent further damage.

As with all other peristaltic pumps in the NETZSCH range, the tube pump has only one wearing part, the tube. In contrast to other dosing pumps, the PERIPRO® does not require any electronics, which leads to reduced maintenance costs and downtimes.

The new peristaltic tube pump can be used in many areas. The main area of application is the treatment of wastewater, but it can also be used for dosing chemical substances such as lime milk or additives in the food industry if these do not require special certifications.

Further advantages and areas of application of the PERIPRO® tube pump will be presented in our webinars on December 4th at 9AM or 5PM. Register here for our free of cost webinars:
