A total of 4,711 people took part in the online survey between April 16 and May 19, 2024, including 2,465 IT experts on the provider side and 2,246 decision-makers in IT or purchasing departments on the customer side. Arvato Systems scored top marks in the five application areas of IT security, managed services and outsourcing, communication and collaboration, software implementation and maintenance, and IT consulting. Only the participants‘ recommendations are relevant; it is not possible for companies to actively apply for a placement.
