▪ SYNAOS and ScaliRo collaborate to streamline the deployment of mobile robots and enable flexible layout adjustments during live operations.

▪ Ready to go: Both solutions are already compatible, with a deeper, native integration of ScaliRo FleetEngine into the SYNAOS Intralogistics Platform planned soon.

SYNAOS GmbH, a provider of intelligent intralogistics software, and ScaliRo GmbH, a startup specializing in fleet management solutions, have announced their strategic partnership. The collaboration focuses on simplifying mobile robot deployment and increasing flexibility in operational layout adjustments.

New Possibilities for Deployment and Map Updates

This partnership addresses two key use cases that enhance the efficiency of mobile robot fleets in dynamic production and logistics environments, including interaction with manually operated vehicles.

1. Import, Adaptation and Seamless Deployment:
• Import of an LIF (Layout Interchange Format) map from the robot manufacturer
• Editing and enhancing the map within ScaliRo FleetEngine
• Uploading the finalized map to the SYNAOS Intralogistics Platform for direct implementation

2. Optimizing Live Scenarios:
• Exporting an active live scenario from the SYNAOS Intralogistics Platform
• Adjusting navigation graphs within ScaliRo FleetEngine
• Re-importing into SYNAOS and executing optimized processes

“With this partnership, we are creating a powerful toolset for various user groups,” says Dr. Lennart Bochmann, CPO, CRO, and Co-Founder of SYNAOS. “Project managers benefit from simplified workflows, integrators gain a robust tool, and end customers can make independent layout adjustments through self-service functions. ScaliRo’s solution is already compatible with the SYNAOS Intralogistics Platform, and an even deeper, native integration is in progress.”

“By collaborating with SYNAOS, we are establishing a customer-friendly, vendor-agnostic platform for AGV systems, allowing companies to plan, manage, and continuously optimize their mobile robot fleets with maximum flexibility and efficiency,” says Florian Köster, Managing Director and Co-Founder of ScaliRo. “The combination of the SYNAOS Intralogistics Platform and ScaliRo FleetEngine delivers a powerful solution for manufacturers, integrators, and end users to streamline and enhance intralogistics operations. We are thrilled to partner with SYNAOS and set new industry standards for vendorindependent AGV automation.”

Live Demonstration at LogiMAT 2025

As a next milestone in their partnership, ScaliRo will exhibit at the Interoperability HUB at LogiMAT 2025. On March 11, SYNAOS will host an exclusive live demonstration, showcasing the benefits of their joint solution in real-world scenarios.
