Hybrid BrandZ Unveils Artflow 25.03 – A Game-Changer in Artwork Management

The new Copy Management module offers a structured, intelligent approach to managing marketing and legal text. It enables centralized copy sheets, AI based multi-language translation and validation, and GS1-compliant copy tracking. Teams can efficiently reuse approved copy for variants or updates, ensuring consistency while accelerating time-to-market. The module also enhances collaboration between editors and validators, reducing errors and approval cycles.

Proofscope, Artflow’s integrated annotation tool, now supports strike-through, replacement, and note statuses , with direct export to Adobe® InDesign and Acrobat. Plus, with note status management in PDF reports, teams stay aligned and revisions stay on track.

Artflow features a redesigned dual-dock interface for a reference view workspace, and an enhanced asset library with mid-project storage, versioning capabilities, and better external library integration.
