ALLPLAN appoints Dr. Detlef Schneider as new Chief Executive Officer

Prior to ALLPLAN, Dr. Detlef Schneider held several executive roles in the software industry. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer at AutoForm, a Swiss-based simulation software provider for the sheet metal forming industry. He also served as Senior Vice President of EMEA operations and for Altair, an international provider of software and cloud solutions in the areas of product development, high performance computing (HPC) and data intelligence. Before taking this role, Dr. Detlef Schneider spent 2.5 years in California, leading key innovations of Altair as Senior Vice President of software development. He has an Engineering degree and a PhD from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany.
