Laurence Mulliez (55) is the new Chairwoman of the Audit Committee at Siemens Energy. Mulliez takes over the position from Prof. Dr. Ralf Thomas (60), who already announced last year to step down as Chair after a transitional period.

I am pleased that with Laurence Mulliez we have a worthy successor who has excellent experience from international boards.”

The Audit Committee is one of the most important committees of the Supervisory Board. Its tasks include monitoring the accounting process, the internal control system, and the audit of the financial statements. At Siemens Energy, the Audit Committee has eight members, who continue to include Ralf Thomas.
